My wife and I just completed an all too brief 4-night stay at this fantastic property and couldn't be more pleased. The unit was beautiful and so well-appointed with the highest-end appliances, art work, furnishings etc. Exquisite fold-away doors to see more
My wife and I just completed an all too brief 4-night stay at this fantastic property and couldn't be more pleased. The unit was beautiful and so well-appointed with the highest-end appliances, art work, furnishings etc. Exquisite fold-away doors to the lanai provided an unobstructed view of the coast and ocean, and were so much nicer than the typical sliding doors on other units. The property was immaculate. Every amenity you could want was there, along with special touches such as fresh coffee beans with a grinder for those cups of coffee on the lanai watching the spectacular sunsets. Doug & Vicki were highly responsive to any questions I had beforeduring our stay - typically responding almost as soon as I hit the "Send" key. Believe all the other positive reviews about the jaw-dropping view - building 13 is one of just a few in Hali'i Kai with this direct ocean-facing view. I only wish we were there during whale watching season. The property is literally just steps away from the Ocean Club which has a very nice pool. Despite being so close, there was no noiseother activity heard from the unit. Lunch and dinner are also served at the Ocean Club, but we chose to take out a few dinners from there instead since it was so nice eating on the lanai. We did lots of touring around the Big Island and found the location of this property to be excellent whether going down to the Kona area,up to the amazing beaches and vistas to the north. Five Stars all around!!!!

We have stayed at several units in this complex and this is one of the best! The oceanfront location is stellar. Everything in the unit is clean, in good condition, and well organized. The beds are comfortable and the pillows were great for us, with a variety of thicknesses. The pantry has some staples and there was plenty of laundry detergent and dish soap. The lanai does not have a bbq but there is one at the nearby pool club if you want to grill. The kitchen has high end appliances and is a great place to cook. I would stay in this unit again in a heartbeat!

This location was perfect with a fantastic, unobstructed view of the ocean and lava rocks. Drinking coffee in the lanai with that view was amazing. The pool and gym were so close and we went over nearly every day. We also used the tennis court often,see more

The pool and gym were so close and we went over nearly every day. We also used the tennis court often, which is only a 5 minute walk away. The home was already stocked with oil, salt, pepper, etc…which is so helpful after a long flight into Hawaii. The two bedrooms are separated so noise was never an issue. Everything was clean, well furnished, and in great condition. We loved our stay at this home, and communication with the owners was fast. Thanks for a great stay and we would easily stay here for our next Big Island vacation.
